Proposed LCTA FFY 2024-2026 DBE Goal Methodology

The Luzerne County Transportation Authority (“the LCTA”) is the recipient of Federal Transit Administration (USDOT/FTA) funding.  In order to receive FTA funding, the LCTA has established and maintains a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.  As part of the triennial goal-setting process, the LCTA is holding a 30-day public comment period from 6/11/2023 to 7/11/2023.

The LCTA is conducting both an in-person and virtual public meeting on June 21, 2023 to provide an opportunity for community stakeholders to learn about and provide public comment on the LCTA’s proposed DBE goal methodology for participation on USDOT/FTA funded projects within the triennial period starting on 10/1/2023 and concluding 9/30/2026 (FFY 2024-2026). Additionally, attendees will learn about the supportive services available for DBEs, and an overview of the PAUCP certification process.

The in-person DBE public meeting will take place:
