Eligibility Requirements
Eligible applicants must be 65 or older, and have valid proof of age, such as a Driver’s License, PA-issued photo ID, or a birth certificate.
Program Description
The Senior Citizen Transit Program is a Pennsylvania State Lottery-funded initiative managed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, which provides reduced fare trips for people ages 65 or older. All proposed clients will complete an application which can be obtained by contacting Shared Ride or found in the “Resources” section on this page.
